Stop guessing
what to take.

Three packages built around three kinds of men, and one on one coaching that replaces the guess with a real conversation about your sleep, your food, your training, and your blood work.

Six questions. No email required to see your result.

What the name means

Dopamine · Oxytocin · Serotonin · Endorphins

Four chemicals your body already makes. Everything on this site is in service of them, and one of the four is the reason the practice exists at all.

Dopamine

Drive

Motivation and focus. The reason you get up and go do the thing. Short sleep and cheap easy hits flatten it faster than anything you can buy.

Oxytocin

Connection

Touch, trust, and the people who matter. No supplement on this site moves this one. Bodywork and being in a room with someone does.

Serotonin

Steadiness

Mood, appetite, and the raw material your body turns into melatonin after dark. Sunlight, a working gut, and real sleep drive it.

Endorphins

The payoff

What heavy training, heat, cold, and breath work pay you in. This one is earned. It cannot be bought, and that is the point.

Supplements support three of the four. The fourth is why Demaris does the work he does.

Three men, three protocols

Which one are you?

Most supplement sites hand you a wall of bottles and wish you luck. These are built backward from the three men who actually show up: the one running on empty, the one already training hard, and the one who wants his body back.

I stopped needing the third coffee inside two weeks. That was the whole thing I wanted and I did not believe it would work.

The Standard

A supplement earns a place here when it does something food, sleep, sunlight, and the iron cannot already do better.

Most of what gets sold to men is a tax on impatience. What is left after you strip that out is short, cheap, and boring, and it is backed by trials in people at the dose on the label. If a product cannot survive the five questions, it does not go up here.

De'Maris Parker

One on one with Demaris

A protocol built off your life, not a quiz

Packages are a good starting point. They are still a guess. Coaching replaces the guess with a long conversation about how you sleep, what you eat, how you train, what your blood work says, and what you are actually chasing.

  • Seventy five minutes, not a fifteen minute sales call
  • A written protocol inside five days, not a PDF template
  • Blood work read with you, if you bring it
  • Rewritten at day thirty against what your body actually did
  1. 01

    The intake

You fill out a form that goes deeper than most doctors will. Sleep, training, digestion, stress, medication, blood work if you have it, and what a good day feels like when you get one.

  2. 02

    The interview

Seventy five minutes with Demaris, on video or in person in Phoenix. This is where the form gets torn apart. Most men find the real problem in this call, and it is usually not the one they came in with.

  3. 03

    The protocol

A written plan inside five days. Exactly what to take, how much, when, and in what order to add it. Food changes ranked by how much they matter. Breath and movement work that fits your week.

  4. 04

    The adjustment

Nobody gets it perfect on the first pass. Follow up calls to change the plan against how your body actually responded, not how it was supposed to.

Before you ask

Straight answers

How is this different from any other supplement list online?

Most lists are affiliate revenue with words wrapped around them. This one starts from what Demaris takes and what he puts clients on, and every product has to survive five questions before it goes up. Several items here pay nothing at all. The commission disclosure is on every page and the reasoning is published so you can argue with it.

Do I need coaching, or can I just buy a package?

Start with a package if you are healthy, not on medication, and want a sensible starting point. Book coaching if you take prescriptions, have a diagnosed condition, have blood work you do not understand, or you have already tried the obvious things and nothing moved.

Is Demaris a doctor or a dietitian?

No. He is a performance bodywork practitioner and Qigong teacher who has spent years on this with his own body and his clients. Coaching is education and experience, not medical care. He will tell you to see a physician when that is the right answer, and he will not sell you a capsule instead of a diagnosis.

Will any of this fail a drug test?

Everything in Forge is chosen with tested athletes in mind, and third party certification like NSF Certified for Sport or Informed Sport is a requirement for that package. If you compete under a testing body, tell us during intake and the protocol gets built inside those rules.

How long before I feel anything?

Sleep support tends to move in five to ten days. Training and recovery effects take two to three weeks of consistent use. Hormonal and joint work runs three to twelve weeks. Anything promising more than that faster is selling you something.

What does the coaching interview actually cover?

Sleep timing and quality, what you eat and when, training load, digestion, stress and recovery, alcohol and caffeine, medication and supplements you already take, injury history, blood work if you have it, and what you are actually chasing. Roughly seventy five minutes. Most of the value is in the follow up questions, not the form.
